How it comes togetherClear from the start

Room to explore.
A plan to deliver.

You work directly with the person doing the work. Clear scope, visible progress, and agreed checkpoints keep the project moving.

Let’s talk through your project
  1. 01

    Align the project

Define the goal, deliverables, stakeholders, decision owner, timing, and what already exists. A polished brief is not required.

  2. 02

    Map the work

Agree the approach, milestones, approval stages, included feedback rounds, assumptions, and fee before production begins.

  3. 03

    Build, review, and approve

I build the work and share it at agreed checkpoints, with feedback consolidated and approval recorded before the next stage begins.

  4. 04

    Finish and hand off

Complete final checks, confirm approvals, and deliver organized assets in the agreed formats.

Portrait of Timvan
TimvanIndependent creative

A human at the other end.

Deep in the craft.
Easy to work with.

I’ve worked across story, design, and production since 2010. That range helps me see the whole piece, even when I’m focused on one part of it.

I stay hands-on, speak plainly, and care about the experience of making the work as much as the result.

In their words

“At McCann, we were in search for a kick-ass animator and Tim came highly recommended to us. And rightly so. Tim is by far one of the most talented animators I've had the pleasure of working with. He is highly conceptual, has an incredible design aesthetic, and an amazing work ethic. He swims through pressure, and has one of the most optimistic attitudes I've encountered in this industry. Anyone would be lucky to work with Tim - I give him my highest recommendation.”

Emma AlvarezMcCann Worldgroup

“No matter the treatment, Tim's quality of work far exceeds my dreams for every project. His passion for staying on the bleeding edge of tech and interpreting that into art is fascinating to watch unfold. He's a genuine friend and a solid collaborator.”

Tim MooreSardis Media

“Tim is a genius. His imagination gives you endless possibilities. Timmy is a special soul and is just wonderful to work and collaborate with.”

A few useful answersBefore we talk

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Ask me something else
01Do you work with both agencies and brands?

Yes. I work directly with brand teams and alongside agencies, production companies, directors, and internal creative teams. Client contact, credits, and confidentiality requirements are agreed at the start.

02What do you handle personally?

I personally lead the creative and editorial process and handle the mix of editing, motion design, 3D/VFX, sound, and finishing required by the scope. When additional capacity or a specialist is needed, I can coordinate collaborators while remaining the primary point of contact.

03Can you work white-label or under an NDA?

Yes. White-label work, NDAs, private reviews, and restricted portfolio use can all be built into the engagement.

04How do flat-rate projects work?

After reviewing the brief, assets, deadline, and deliverables, I provide a defined scope with a project fee, milestones, approval stages, included feedback rounds, and assumptions. New deliverables or material changes to an approved direction are quoted before additional work begins.

05How do reviews and approvals work?

We agree the reviewers, final approver, checkpoints, and decision required at each stage before production begins. I share work at those stages, address consolidated feedback, and move forward once the stage is approved. Agency and white-label engagements can use the team’s existing review tools and approval structure.

06Where do you use AI?

Only where it supports the agreed creative or production goal. Possible uses include exploration, previs, select asset development, cleanup, and versioning. Intended tools, source materials, and disclosure or usage requirements are discussed before production.

07What do you need to prepare an estimate?

The most useful information is the project goal, audience, deadline, desired deliverables, available footage or brand assets, review stakeholders, and approximate budget. If some of that is unknown, send what you have.
