Project inquiries
When you use the project form, you share your name, email address, project details, and any optional company, timing, budget, links, referral information, or files you provide. The form also records the page address from which you submit it. Tim uses this information to review your request, respond, and discuss potential work.
Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please avoid including passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information in your brief or attachments.
Storage and service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Project inquiries and attachments are stored in a private CRM using Supabase. Resend handles email notifications, which can include your inquiry details and temporary links to attached files. Files are not published in the portfolio. The site and its service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect these services.
Security verification
The project form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam and automated abuse. Turnstile processes browser and device signals for this verification. You can also contact Tim directly by email instead of using the form.
Video and external links
Some films load a Vimeo player after you choose to watch them. Playback connects your browser to Vimeo, which handles information under its own privacy policy. Links to social profiles and other websites are also subject to those providers’ policies.
