Tell me what you’re building.

An early idea, a defined brief, or a team that needs a hand. Tell me a little about the project. I’ll review it personally and reply about how I can help, what I need to know, and the next step.

A polished brief is not required. Most people complete this in a few minutes.

Useful starting information

What helps me estimate the work.

01

Goal + audience

What should the piece help someone understand, feel, or do?

02

Deliverables

Master length, cutdowns, formats, screens, captions, or other known outputs.

03

Timing

Launch or show date, review milestones, and any immovable technical deadlines.

04

What exists

Footage, script, boards, brand files, 3D assets, pixel maps, or previous versions.

05

Stakeholders

Who needs visibility, who gives feedback, and who has final approval?

06

Budget range

A range helps shape a realistic production approach before either side overbuilds the brief.

How scopes work

A shared plan before production starts.

Every proposal defines the deliverables, schedule, approval stages, included feedback rounds, decision owners, and major assumptions. Fixed fees are available when those inputs are clear.

At each checkpoint, feedback is consolidated and the agreed decision is recorded before the work advances. New deliverables or material changes to an approved direction are discussed and quoted before additional work begins. Source files, third-party licenses, confidentiality, client contact, credits, and AI use are addressed explicitly.
